Yesterday I shared with you how you need to find your own method of eating and exercise that works for you.
I've found that intermittent fasting works for me on a consistent basis. I guess my body just accepts the routine I've gotten into:
Fasting until 12 PM every day
Not over eating for the rest of the day
A couple of different exercises at least once every 2 days (including HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training)
But my method might not appeal or even work for you. That means you need to be willing to TRY different methods.
